Custom production

Custom cranial prostheses move into production only after you approve the written specifications, final price, estimated timeline, and applicable customer-care terms. Changes requested after production begins may affect cost or timing and may not always be possible.

Order updates

We communicate meaningful milestones and contact you if an approved specification, material, or estimated timeline needs clarification.

Shipping

Available shipping methods, costs, and delivery estimates are shown during final order approval or checkout. Transit estimates begin after an order is completed and released for shipment; they do not include custom production time.

Delivery and inspection

Inspect your shipment promptly after delivery. Keep all packaging and contact Jay Raw Co. immediately if the package arrives damaged, an item is missing, or the product does not appear to match the approved order summary.

Carrier delays, weather events, customs processing, and incorrect delivery information can affect arrival times. Final production and shipping terms are confirmed before purchase.
